Consolidated dossiers
Consolidate several sensory evaluations into a single, defensible PDF dossier for a customer, a batch, a period, a SKU or a supplier.
What it is
A consolidated dossier brings several sensory evaluations together into a single PDF document. Whereas a tasting report covers a single session, a dossier consolidates N evaluations (by quarter, batch, SKU, supplier or customer) into one report that is defensible to third parties.
The PDF is generated from your browser, using the print and save-as-PDF function.
Pro plan and above. On the Starter plan, opening Dossiers shows a full-screen invitation to Pro, and when you close it you return to the Sensory analysis hub.
Access path
- URL:

Dossiers list
The main screen shows:
- Header with the title Consolidated dossiers, the description and the + Create dossier button.
- Card grid: each saved dossier with its title, its scope and the creation date. The scope is labeled according to how it was saved: N evaluations selected, Filters: batch… · supplier… · defined period, or the generic Consolidated dossier.
Click a card to reopen the dossier; click + Create dossier to start a new one.
If you haven't saved any dossier yet, you'll see the invitation to create the first one by consolidating evaluations.
What gets saved
When you save a dossier, its scope is stored (the selected evaluations or the batch, supplier or period filters), not the PDF. That's why, when you reopen a saved dossier, the content is regenerated with the most recent data: if new evaluations have arrived that fall within that scope, the reopened dossier will include them.
