Resume your subscription
Resume your plan after a pause, or reactivate it if you had a scheduled cancellation.
If your plan is paused or you had a scheduled cancellation, you can turn it back on in a couple of clicks from the app. The button changes depending on your subscription status.
Resume after a pause
When your plan shows Paused · resumes automatically on [date], the Resume subscription button appears under Settings → Subscription. Your subscription resumes on its own when the pause ends and billing starts again. You'll get a reminder email a week before. If you'd rather resume earlier, follow these steps:
- Avatar in the sidebar → Settings → Subscription tab.
- Click Resume subscription (while it processes, "Resuming...").
- You'll see the "Your subscription has resumed." confirmation and the badge returns to Active.
Reactivate a subscription scheduled to cancel
If you canceled and your plan shows the "Cancels on [date]" badge, the button is Reactivate subscription (in green).
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Click Reactivate subscription (while it processes, "Reactivating...").
- You'll see the "Your subscription has been reactivated." confirmation and the cancellation is called off.
The difference is the status: Resume brings you back from a pause; Reactivate calls off a scheduled cancellation before its date arrives. The app shows you the right button for each case.
