Create account
Sign up for AreaCacao with your name, email and password, verify your email and start onboarding.
Registration lives at https://app.areacacao.com/register. The screen shows the AreaCacao logo with the tagline "Create your account · Starter from €9/month" and a short form.
Step by step
- Open
https://app.areacacao.com/register. - Fill in:
- Name.
- Email.
- Password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Create account. While it processes, the button shows "Creating account...".
- Once your account is created, the app takes you to onboarding to set up the basics.
Email verification
Registration requires mandatory email verification: when you create your account, we send you an email with a link to confirm your address. You must click that link before you can sign in for the first time — until you verify your email, sign-in stays blocked. Also check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Common errors
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Password must be at least 8 characters." | The password is too short. |
| "An account with this email already exists. Sign in instead." | That email is already registered; go to Sign in. |
| "Couldn't create your account. Please try again." | Temporary failure; retry. |
| "Something went wrong." | Something failed under the hood; if it persists, write to support@areacacao.com. |

Some subscriptions start from the checkout flow (Stripe-led signup): in that case your account is created during purchase and you receive an email to set your password before you sign in for the first time.
